Therapeutic Technique for Comfort and Relief
The physical stresses of my time in the Armed Forces, and as a competitive swimmer, inform my bodywork. I know what it feels like to be sore, and I know which techniques work best for specific areas.
I offer a blend of Swedish and Sport modalities, using a foundation of Lomi Lomi and elements of Thai. To say I am deeply focused and intuitive may sound hyperbolic, but I believe that beyond the basic lessons of anatomy, safety, style and core movements we are taught in formal training, nothing compares with years of experience and a very deep intuition.
